Lorne is located on the spectacular Great Ocean Road, with the beautiful Loutitt Bay stretching out in front and the bushland and forests of the Otway Ranges reaching up behind. There is plenty of natural wildlife including koalas, echidnas and kangaroos. The town is very picturesque and the local people are welcoming and helpful. There are plenty of quality restaurants and cafes, banking, local hospital, shopping and more. Melbourne is an easy 2 hours away by car.
